Can Anxiety Cause Nausea?
If you are worried, do you feel any bad in your stomach accompanied by a feeling to vomit? If you do, did you know how it began? Let’s just say that it’s not about indigestion and you have no any viral infections, no gallbladder disease and chemical toxins in your stomach. If you have not eaten any poisoned foods, or have not drunk hard liquors, what else can you think might be the possible cause? Think of it. Did you worry on something? Probably you did. Well if you do, then anxiety caused you nausea.
Can anxiety cause nausea? Yes, it can. Nausea can be a normal feeling especially for the women who are on their early pregnancy. While the infant is starting to form in the mother’s womb, it creates a reaction on the stomach and tends to push all its contents out to your mouth. And usually women can recognize that they are pregnant after having nausea.
Now, think of the reason why do you have nausea and how many times did it occur. Consider also your situation, such us work, family, money or love life and think if these factors let you worry. Nausea can bother you a lot. And everyone wants to get rid of this. Since you are worried about coping with this, you haven’t noticed that you are making the situation worse. You just added another worries. Just a friendly advice, it is normal to worry, but not too much.
